After plenty of penetrating fluid and then heat from the propane torch, we finally managed to free the nuts holding the rear bumper on. Also removed the rear bumper irons, bootlid and rear lights.

Treated the bumper irons to a day long soak in the electrolysis bath and almost all rust was removed. After a final scrape to get rid of the residual paint, I will treat with POR-15.
