Welcome Phil,

You have a project ahead of you.. The best thing is to as mentioned above go to ESM https://www.morrisminorspares.com/ and take a look for what you might need.. Just be aware that this assembly is in layers so there are pieces that need to be replaced and then they get another one top of them so be sure to peel back the layers of your project to figure out what is needed.. ESM does provide most all of the items you will need yet the others will have to be hand made or find a good donor car to cut from for your repairs..

As said above the MM factory shop manual is a good book, and consider looking for Jim Tyler's book by Osprey Automotive (UK publisher) on Morris Minor restorations 1995 publishing date, he does one with pictures and details it does help..

AKD3542_ Morris Minor_Body_Parts manual This is a breakdown of part that is an electronic file on the internet.. Go search for it and it will help a lot in figuring out the finer points of the restoration..

I attached a couple of documents that might be of some help also.. Take a look at other postings too, 1966 Charlie restoration project (by David JM) is one that covers many of your same issues..

Good luck and keep asking the questions. Someone here will be able to help especially if you provide pics, that really helps talk the same language for what is at hand.
