In December, 2011 a newly machined, balanced and assembled 1608cc (.30 over) engine was installed along with an oversized rebuilt Weber carb, complete exhaust system and new clutch. Other work was performed on suspension and brakes where necessary. All work was done by local Fiat specialist, Tom Dotter at Aspen Import Motors in Englewood, CO. Five new 165-13 Vredestein Sprint tires were installed. The interior is original and very nice. There is virtually no rust. We polished, glazed and waxed the paint (ten hours). It's not a show paint job but rather a really nice ten footer. I would LOVE to trade this car for a condition 2 pre-1974 MGB GT in one of the darker colors or white.
