Taken at Chandler Airport AZ 2001 right after I started driving it again after 20 years.
Mom bought it new, ordered in London April '65 while on vacation. Delivered May '65 to Chicago, Ill.
Relocated to SoCal in 1966, registered in 1967 with black plates. Used daily until 1982.
Restored at home (Huntington Beach CA, St. Louis MO, and Phoenix AZ) with as many original or original like parts as possible. Completed in 2001 and returned to Huntington Beach for my mother. Driven 150 miles since!
Currently in my hangar at Chino, CA undergoing maintenance and a camshaft replacement, rebushing carb bodies, and will probably buy an electronic ignition distributor.
