while dismantling my cab for prep I removed the striker plate on the one side to have the internals fall out. The little spring took a minute or so to find on the floor. Its original design with the built in rivets atop a heavy boss allowed for an easy fix of drill, tap, countersink and cut to length the screws.



I've seen better days but they have cost me more money..!

5 out of 5 people usually think the other 4 are idiots....
