Hi Guys. Hopefully someone can help with my problem. I have restored the panels on both doors and rebuilt them with all new seals, glass runners etc. The drivers R/H door no problems. The L/H passenger door has a problem with winding the glass. The top rear of the glass is level with the top frame whereas the top front of the glass is lagging 17mm behind as seen in the photo. When the top rear of the glass is 40mm below the top frame the top front of the glass is only lagging 11mm behind. Where to now I ask!

Are both frames identical? Your corner joint looks suspicious to me... it's not been welded up, has it? Felt channels might be the problem; I'm assuming they worked properly before your project.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?

Is the bar/frame attached to the bottom of the glass, and part of the window regulator, level?
