It will very important if you are expecting a "factory" LHD. The biggest issue is the clutch. A factory correct installation will require pulling the engine, gearbox, or both to switch the clutch release arm from the right to the left. With these units out it may make sense to do the "while I'm at it" jobs, which will add more time/costs. I understand some of the suppliers on this forum have a kit that allows you to use the right exit clutch with a left pedal. After that decision, you'll need to reroute the brake lines, get a LHD rack and pinion, and get a LHD clutch pedal assembly. Off hand the switch only with no other repairs would probably take an experienced Morris person the better part of a day. I'm not quite sure if you can pull the clutch pedal assembly out on the right side if the gearbox is still in place but it could be cut up in sections.

I converted my Traveller from RHD to LHD last summer. If you use the hydraulic clutch conversion, it's a one day job and does not require removing the engine and gearbox. You will need to either find a good used LHD floor pan, or modify the RHD floorpan using an extra access hatch for the master brake cylinder. The LHD throttle pedal is not available new, so you will have to source a used one. Mine cost $50 used!. ALL the holes are already there! I had to make one new brake line and bleed the brakes. I used the mechanical clutch release mechanism and pulled the engine and gearbox and replaced the clutch. If you do that, you will need a new front engine plate (about $100) and a few other bits. This is not rocket science or very hard work. I contacted Charles Ware and got all the parts from them. They suggested replacing a bunch of the clutch linkage parts with new ones, which I did. They knew exactly which parts to buy and what I would have to source in the U.S. I'm very hap[py with the conversion.
