I'm looking for a single reasonably-recent 145R14-size tire for use on a tube-type narrow stock rim on my 1959 Minor saloon. (new or used)
The car came with an 'R14 spare on a matching rim, but the tire is aged (Dunlop, so very vintage), weather-checked and importantly, being a 165R14, it won't fit between the gas tank and boot boards as it should, hence it takes up a LOT of the topside boot area!
The typical US suppliers seem to be universally out of the Pirelli Cinturato 145HR14 CA67's and "are not expecting any until fall of 2024."
I'm hoping someone may have an extra (of any make) unneeded 145R14 gathering dust that I can purchase for use as a proper-sized spare.
I bought 4 new Pirellis in 2023, when I should have spent a little more and got 5. At the time I did not know stocks were so limited. Live and learn!
Cheers,

I would reach out to Discount Tire. Looks like they are in your area. I was able to buy 5 Coker Camac tires via Discount tire and forego the $125 shipping fee vs buying direct from Coker. https://www.cokertire.com/tires/camac-145r14.html
The tires fit perfectly and came quick. Took about a week.
Good luck.
