Hi
I'm in the process of carrying out the first fit of my wood kit on my traveller project. I need to fit the rear wheel arch tops. I was just wondering if there should be a gap between the wheel arch top and the wood or should it follow the profile of the wood.
Thanks

I'm sure those who have done it will be responding soon, but based on previous posts it takes some time to get the wing just right. Beading does go in between the wood and the wing.

The gap between mudguard and wing should be as small as possible.
The beading is there to hide the gap.

The wood changes shape with humidity.
Don't expert an even gap.
You may even need to trim the wood.
