As the title reads. What's the best way to install the windows into a new seal?

As I recall the corners at the end of the curve are the critical points. The goal is to leave the curved section for last but have the corners started with a short distance along the curve engaged. This way the most flexible part is saved for last without damaging the corners.

The warmer the parts are
the easier they fit.

Lubricate.
You wouldn't want to put yours in dry would you smiling smiley

Better with at least two people.
One pushing the glass.
One pulling the string etc.

A third oerson handling cussing
helps things go swimmingly smiling smiley
