I am replacing worn clevis pins in the clutch linkage of my car (Left hand drive 1950 Tourer with a 948 engine and gearbox). Various parts vendors list anti-rattle washers, though I can't find them in the parts diagrams. Do these go on the clevis pins that attach the Clutch Linkage Plates? Also, the Clutch Adjusting Rod?

The anti-rattle washer goes on the clevis pins to take up the gaps between the pin and plates. The adjustment rod goes from the clutch arm to the plates.

try a nylon washer

Mine doesn't have them, never heard it rattle.

The anti-rattle washers are so cheap it can't hurt to install them. Yes, compared to all the other noises they probably won't make any difference.

They are not anti-washers David.

They are Belleville washers,
which are a form of shakeproof washer.

They will increase friction at the joint.
Probably not enough to worry about though.

Objectively, they are solution looking for a problem,
or, summat else to fart about with :-(

While you have the clutch linkage apart you might look at this simple mod to the linkage. It will make the action much smoother. Note the re-positioned hole in the arm on the left. All it takes is a piece of 5/16-24 threaded rod and 3) 5/16" heim joints. The warn out clevis pins in the linkage are replaced by bolts. No more slop.
