Hi Nic

Yes I've recently done just that.
You basically need two things.

1. a replacement wiper switch. If your dashboard has a toggle switch then it will be easy to get a multi position replacement. If your Morris uses the round push/pull switches then the best bet is to get an old two position headlamp switch from a morris of similar age (that's what I did for my 62 morris 1000).

2. A delay unit. Either rob one from a modern wreck of your choice. Or buy a cheap timer module from an electronics shop like RadioShack. I went with the cheap timer module but the downside is the best setting I can manage is 7 secons on then 7 seconds off. ... not perfect!

Cheers
