there is a morris minor vehicle for sale in my area i thought someone here might have an interest in....it is a late 50s or early 60s morris minor traveler/woodie...it looks to be complete and in pretty decent condition although it needs a total restoration...i pass the car sitting in someones yard about once a month...when it was first put out for sale the price was $5500.00....over the course of about 6 months the price has dropped several times and is now $1800.00 or best offer....if anyone here might have an interest in this vehicle let me know and i will stop, get some pictures and info on it along with a contact number for the owner...the car is near walkertown north carolina.....hate to see cool old cars just sitting around.......thankx.....

well folks i finally stopped yesterday to get pics and info on this car for ya'll....it was then that i realized the car i thought for sure was a late fifties morris minor was actually a 1951 crosley........shows you what i know about cool old odd cars....was more into gto/chevelles etc myself........anyway if someone here still has an interest let me know....the car is in vgc, has newly recovered seats, some other new interior work, looks to be all original down to the hubcaps and allstate radio...nothing appears missing, no rust through anywhere, right decent chrome, paint looks original but still has some shine to it., 18,960 miles and runs pretty good..little tiny bit of smoke but this might be from old gas or needing tune-up as its been sitting quite awhile and exhaust smelled of fuel....i got a bunch of pics inside and out and contact info if anyone is interested........thankx......

for anyone interested...here are the pics and info on the 1951 crosley i mistakenly identified as a morris minor.......anyway, the fellow is quite nice and from talking with him he is selling it for a lady.......the price is $1800.00 and in my mind that would be quite a deal....it is in a small backwoods known as Walkertown NC, which is near Greensboro and Winston-Salem.......the phone number is 336-414-7636
