Does not look too bad...you could plot where to cut out the rusted parts as a largish section, then investigate which repro panels you need to order. Ideally, you wd I hope want to retain/recreate the indents as per original, as those give strength to the floor pan and prevent flexing or drumminess.Phil, Melbourne.

Tim, Would have scaled drawings detailing how you built youcradel rockers for you four door. A few months ago I purchase a 1960 four door MM 1000 and after get under the car, I can see that I'll be doing panel replacement (oh joy). If you have drawers and materials list that would be fantastic !!v/r Cam

Did you ever consider a rotisserie setup? Friend of mine has an adjustable one, but the Minor's ideally suited for that due to the Rotodip hole at the back of the battery box. Just wondering ....
